Job Summary
Process and apply customer payments in NetSuite, monitor aging reports to reduce DSO, and generate invoices for accuracy. Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize AR and subscription metrics, analyze financial data for trends, and prepare management reports. Track renewals and cancellations, validate tax calculations for SST compliance, and identify automation opportunities to streamline billing workflows. Support month-end close activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required with 2+ years in AR or billing; NetSuite experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in AR, billing, or business analysis roles
- Strong understanding of subscription billing and revenue recognition principles
- Knowledge of SST compliance and tax reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools
