Accounting Analyst - AP

Job Summary
Post all vendor invoices to ERP systems and perform AP invoice and PO matching across SyteLine, Epicor, and QuickBooks. Resolve 3-way match and receiving issues with sites while coordinating aging management for goods received not invoiced. Process vendor payments through online portals or bank websites and handle employee expense reports in Concur for month-end posting. Conduct daily and weekly bank reconciliations, cash reporting, and assist with month-end close and general ledger account reconciliations. Manage sales tax accounting and complete other assigned accounting duties. This full-time onsite role in Fort Myers, FL requires minimum two years of AP experience and proficiency in specified ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience

Desired Qualifications
- ERP/Bill Pay systems (Infor SyteLine, Epicor, QuickBooks Online, Bank of America Cash Pro, SAP Concur) are a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
