Job Summary
Prepare and post journal entries in SAP, manage account reconciliations in AssureNet, and execute month- and quarter-end close activities for JAPAC and EMEA stakeholders. Generate monthly accrual worksheets, cash forecasts, and flux analysis commentary while optimizing reconciliation processes using AI and automation tools. Assist with manual clearing of payroll transactions, support quarterly and annual audits, and respond to ad hoc finance requests in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 6-9 years of accounting experience
- Proven experience in accounting and solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP and BlackLine
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation applications
