Job Summary
Accounting AI Intern in the AI Process Improvement team. Analyze accounting and tax workflows to identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation and process improvements; build and maintain centralized documentation and process maps for finance operations; evaluate AI tools and platforms for accounting/tax use cases; assist in developing AI-assisted workflows for invoice processing, reconciliations, tax data gathering, and research; prepare presentations and implementation materials for finance leadership; partner with accounting, tax, and operations teams to improve efficiency, data organization, and reporting processes; requires pursuing a degree in a related field with strong interest in AI applications in accounting/tax; office presence in San Francisco 4 days per week with one work-from-home day (Tuesday); remote viewing option available.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
