Job Summary
Lead global client service teams delivering accounting advisory solutions including financial accounting and reporting excellence, transaction accounting for SPAC/target IPO readiness, GAAP conversions, audit remediation, and governance. Responsibilities include preparing PCAOB-compliant financials and audit support materials, reviewing 10-Q/10-K filings, drafting comfort letters, and organizing training. Key focus on complex accounting solutions (goodwill impairment, business combinations, share-based payments, financial instruments), policy governance, and close processes. Develop and lead a team of accounting advisory experts across levels, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery within budget, and identifying development opportunities. Requires 5+ years post-qualification experience in auditing or finance controllership with in-depth IFRS/US GAAP knowledge and hands-on experience in GAAP conversions, accounting memos, and research; strong client management, communication, and business development skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience (CA/CPA/ACCA) in auditing or finance controllership roles, including at least 4 years of Financial Accounting and Advisory experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
- Strong business development and marketing skills
- Expert knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and Indian accounting standards
- Extensive hands-on experience in GAAP conversions, drafting accounting memos, and technical accounting research
