Job Summary
Accounting Administrator role in Downtown Seattle supporting corporate client operations. Responsible for processing, organizing, and verifying invoices, checks, and transaction records; assisting with accounts receivable and posting customer payments; preparing and reconciling daily bank downloads; tracking property tax payments; managing business licenses for parking sites; assisting with bond renewals; supporting monthly reporting, and providing front desk and general office administrative support. Requires an associate degree in Accounting/related field (or equivalent) and 6+ months of accounting/administrative experience; strong organization, data-entry, and Excel/Office skills; ability to interact with internal/external stakeholders in an onsite office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; or equivalent education/experience
- 6+ months of accounting or administrative accounting experience preferred
- Proficient in basic math, reconciliation, and data entry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word preferred)
- Comfortable working in an onsite office environment and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
