Job Summary
Accounting & Administrative Specialist will create and invoice sales orders in a timely manner, ensure orders are entered into the CRM tool, assist with setup paperwork, oversee monthly inventory counts, troubleshoot billing issues, review service orders, and support payables/receivables and reporting. The role also involves answering phones, creating and filing customer files, and developing working knowledge of company solutions and products. Candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with strong relationship-building and integrity as core attributes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience performing similar job tasks
- Experience with invoicing and entering data into CRM/PSA
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle accounts payable/receivable tasks and daily reports
