Job Summary
Accounting & Administrative Coordinator at McDaniels Acura of Newnan supporting sales, service, finance, and accounting operations in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. Responsibilities include stock/inventory records, deposits/receipts reconciliation, deal processing and pre-breakdown review, finance-related administrative tasks, cancellations documentation, customer appointment confirmations and follow-ups, ordering and maintaining office supplies, reviewing transactions for accuracy, maintaining dealership files, month-end activities, and supporting various dealership accounting and administrative functions. Strong spreadsheet/data management skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, professional communication, and ability to work independently or in a team are required. Automotive dealership experience preferred; prior accounting experience is required. Location: Newnan, GA. In-person work arrangement.
