The Part-Time Accounting Administrative Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to the Finance Department, performing data entry into accounting/ERP systems, processing invoices and statements, maintaining vendor records and W-9 documentation, handling mail and filing, and assisting with accounts payable and vendor communications. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite office environment in Tacoma, WA. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting software are required, along with effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff. The role may involve backup support for other accounting or administrative functions and execution of special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or accounting support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with accounting or ERP software systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
