Job Summary
Accounting & Administrative Assistant role supporting daily accounting operations and office management. Responsibilities include managing Excel spreadsheets, mail distribution, general administrative tasks, data entry in accounting software, basic accounts payable and accounts receivable support, and gaining exposure to financial processes in a hybrid office setting at Alpharetta, GA. Requires current undergraduate study in Accounting/Finance/Business; strong Excel and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
