Job Summary
Lead complex tax and business advisory matters for SMEs, large private groups, and high-net-worth clients across Southeast Queensland and interstate. Manage diverse client portfolios, prepare and review technical work, and deliver strategic advisory solutions including valuations, mergers & acquisitions, and quarterly reviews. Mentor junior staff, drive workflow efficiency, and build trusted client relationships while contributing to practice growth and firm leadership. Roles vary from Associate to Director levels, with requirements including CA/CPA qualification and 5+ to 10+ years of Australian public practice experience. Positions offer hybrid arrangements, genuine pathways to partnership, and exposure to sophisticated advisory work within collaborative, forward-thinking firms.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' Australian public practice experience
- CA/CPA qualified
- extensive tax & business advisory expertise
- proven leadership
- strong commercial acumen
- a track record of building trusted client & referral relationships
- 5+ years' Australian public practice experience
- CA/CPA/IPA qualified (or nearing completion)
- strong technical tax knowledge
- experience with Handisoft, MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero & Microsoft Office
- CA/CPA qualified
- 5+ years' Australian public practice experience
- strong tax & business services expertise
- experience with Xero or similar cloud-based software
- excellent client relationship skills
- Agribusiness experience
- CA/CPA qualified
- at least five years' Australian tax/business services & advisory experience
- prior leadership responsibilities

- strong expertise in business services, tax & advisory
- proven leadership capability
- proficiency with Xero & QuickBooks
