Job Summary
Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all corporate bank accounts and maintain financial statistics on a monthly basis. Prepare journal entries, assist with monthly close activities, and distribute various financial reports. Support accounts payable functions and serve as backup to the Accounts Payable Coordinator. This role requires a strong knowledge of GAAP, solid math skills, and an Associate degree in Accounting or a related field. York General seeks a detail-oriented professional to bring order to complexity within its mission-driven finance team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or a related field
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Solid math skills, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
