Job Summary
Oversee and execute core accounting functions including cost accounting, accounts payable processing with VAT vouchers, VAT reporting, and inventory-related documentation. Perform monthly reconciliations, ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements, and manage document flow along with ad-hoc requests for the manager. Requires 5+ years of accounting experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with BAS (BAF), MeDoc, MS Office, and Vchasno; exposure to Oracle or SAP is a plus. Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required, with Kyiv, Ukraine as the primary work location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an accountant
- Strong practical knowledge of national accounting regulations; knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
- Solid understanding of national tax regulations
- Hands-on experience in accounting data collection and analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software including BAS (BAF), MeDoc, MS Office, and Vchasno; knowledge of Oracle or SAP is an advantage
- Upper Intermediate or higher level of English and fluent Ukrainian
