Job Summary
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP. Maintain accurate general ledger records, perform account reconciliations, and prepare monthly bank reconciliations to ensure cash balance accuracy. Monitor expenses to identify trends and cost savings opportunities while assisting in tax return preparation and external audit support. Provide financial analysis including variance analysis and budget versus actual comparisons to support management decision-making. Requires 100% on-site presence in Bellevue, WA, with a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000. Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Must be able to work 100% on-site at our Bellevue, WA location
Desired Qualifications
- BA degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (e,g R365)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the restaurant industry a plus
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
