Job Summary
Accountant needed to close books as part of a team, perform data entry, reconcile accounts, and execute adjustments. Responsibilities include managing projects to ensure tasks are completed by due dates and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed. The role prefers 2+ years of accounting experience and welcomes familiarity with Sage Intacct, Mcleod, Alvys, Brex, bank reconciliations, trucking, and brokerage/logistics. Candidates should be able to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Spanish language ability or knowledge of Mexico accounting, taxes, and payroll laws is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience with or exposure to Sage Intacct, Mcleod, Alvys, Brex is a plus.
- Bank reconciliations experience.
- Knowledge of trucking and brokerage (logistics) is a plus.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish or knowledge of Mexico accounting, taxes, payroll laws is a plus.
