Job Summary
Process daily transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reports under the direction of the Practice Administrator. Assist with month-end close by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement compilations for monthly and quarterly reporting. Perform operational analysis, manage cash flow activities, and support regulatory compliance for tax filings, audits, and actuarial reports. Develop and implement accounting policies while ensuring adherence to GAAP standards and practice procedures. Collaborate with management, external parties, and cross-functional teams to drive organizational strategy.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in the English language
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Adequate hearing to perform duties in person and over telephone
- Must be able to communicate clearly to patients in person and over the telephone
Desired Qualifications

- Financial analysis experience preferred
