Job Summary
Prepare and submit road checks, record bank deposits and wires, and maintain financial records for the assigned department or venue. Reconcile bank transactions, show files, ticket sales, and marketing invoices to resolve discrepancies, then code and reconcile all invoices pertaining to each show settlement. Work with operating staff to ensure show settlements are completed timely and accurately, while reviewing supporting documents to accrue outstanding activity monthly. Compare internal show system settlements against JD Edwards accounting systems to ensure financial data accuracy, and submit G&A expenses to the appropriate business units.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 Years of related work experience
- Experience in month end close process
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems and discrepancies in financial systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Music industry experience
- Experience with JD Edwards, Image Now/Perceptive and Concur
