Job Summary
Prepare, review, and approve journal entries while ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries and account reconciliations for assigned entities. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, prepare management accounts reports, and conduct variance analysis for leadership. Lead external audits, prepare annual financial statements, and support tax declaration processes including VAT and CIT. Interpret Boeing Company Procedures, US GAAP, and statutory guidelines to drive process optimization through automation and robotization. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work in Amsterdam on a one-year fixed-term contract.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience in international accounting environment
- Experienced in all aspects of financial accounting
- Strong written and oral communications in English
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
- ERP and accounting systems skills
- Ability to work in independently in a complex, multi-market operations
- A committed team player
- Well organized with ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive, process driven, analytical approach to problem solving
- Current legal authorisation to work immediately in the Netherlands
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
Desired Qualifications
- Polish language is a plus
- Experience in following system is plus: Oracle, SAP, Blackline, etc
