Job Summary
The Staff Accountant role requires maintaining financial records and preparing detailed financial reports for the management of a large self-managed homeowners association. Essential duties include managing accounts payable and receivable, aiding in budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The position also involves supporting audit activities and cash management.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years’ experience in an office environment, preferably in an HOA.
- Ability to recognize problems, collect, review and analyze related information for resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including data management and web proficiency.
Desired Qualifications
- Some college preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
