Job Summary
Prepare financial statements and audit schedules for the Legal Entity to comply with Local GAAP and regulatory requirements. Reconcile local GAAP and US GAAP accounting profits, perform audit adjustments based on GAAP differences, and support filing of statutory reports with legal teams. Coordinate with statutory auditors for timely information provision, resolve audit questions, and guide team members on financial presentation. Assist Tax groups with data feeds for statutory reports covering assessments, audits, and transfer pricing. Maintain abreast of regulatory changes impacting statutory reporting and collaborate with business teams on local compliance matters. This role requires a Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience, US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and onsite presence five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 2-4 years of experience
- Semi qualified with 6-8 years of experience
- Experience in accounting in US GAAP & IFRS (or FRS of any country in Asia)
- Experience in SAP or other ERP
- Big 4 experience
- Knowledge of Compliances relating to Taxes / Secretarial / trade /Currency
- Strong Communication and inter-personal skills
- All 5 days work from office
