Job Summary
Accountant responsible for month-end, interim and year-end financial close processes, with experience in IFRS/GAAP, SAP master data and UAT. Tasks include reconciling balance sheets and intergroup accounts, posting journal entries, managing fixed assets and NBV, inventory and cash flow oversight, JV accounting and AFEs, and delivering management and statutory reporting. Requires strong Excel skills, SAP ERP/BW/BPC knowledge, audit support experience, and professional accounting qualification(s). Hybrid working arrangement in the Aberdeen office with 4 in-office days (Tue–Thu) and a chosen 4th day (Mon or Fri); in-office option available five days a week for those preferring full in-office work. 2-year contract, PAYE day rate with right-to-work in the UK, and a university degree relevant to accounting.
