Job Summary
Execute the complete accounting cycle, including general accounting, assets, provisions, depreciation, and reconciliations. Record and review daily operations for revenue, expenses, and depreciation, while managing bank reconciliations and collections/payments. Prepare and submit taxes such as IVA and IRPF, and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closings meet accuracy and compliance deadlines. Generate monthly financial reports for management and handle associated administrative functions. Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and HR departments. This role requires a degree in Administration or Accounting with over five years of experience, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and availability to work in Santa Oliva.
Required Qualifications
- Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- +5 years of experience in general accounting and taxation
- Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting/tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software
- SAP experience
- Good command of computer tools, especially Microsoft Excel (High level)
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, responsible attitude
- Attention to detail
- Analytical ability
- Organization
- Availability to work in Santa Oliva
