Process and deposit donations, ensuring accurate record-keeping in QuickBooks. Generate and verify donor reports for various payment batches and schedules. Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements. Manage credit card transactions, assign charges to appropriate accounts, and create purchase orders for recurring expenses. Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation while tracking departmental expenses. Maintain accurate donation records to support financial stewardship for global ministry efforts.
