Job Summary
Maintain accounting records through the ERP system, perform account reconciliations, and manage accounts payable processes. Manage invoicing for customers and intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate recording of related entries. Support tax calculations, statutory declarations, and prepare financial reports including the balance sheet and income statement. Contribute to audit documentation by analyzing accounting data and support the implementation of accounting and fiscal regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Applicants must reside in Konya, Türkiye.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing company or in a company operating in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Good knowledge of tax legislation and regulations
- Good knowledge of business economics
- Excellent applied knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Basic knowledge of English
- Strong accountability mindset; takes ownership of actions and results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resilient and passionate, with a proactive approach to challenges
- Team player who builds trust and contributes to a positive and stable work environment
