Job Summary
Accountant in Brussels office. Responsibilities include follow-up of purchase invoices with Accenture, management of Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts, encoding of sales invoices, management of Intercompany Operations, bank statements and payments, payroll file management and reconciliation, VAT returns and VAT listing (281.50 forms), support for statutory accounts and audits, Balance Sheet reconciliation, Profit & Loss review, monthly closing and year-end closing, and support on ICT. Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting with a few years' international experience, BEGAAP knowledge with IFRS exposure a plus, SAP experience a plus, and fluency in French or Dutch and English. Emphasizes high integrity, relationship-building, process improvements, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Few years' experience in a similar function for an international company
- BEGAAP knowledge, IFRS exposure is a plus
- SAP experience is a plus
- Fluent in French or Dutch, English (must)
