Job Summary
Maintain accurate accounting records and support daily financial operations by ensuring timely transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and management of accounts payable and receivable. Oversee fixed asset accounting, intercompany transactions, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations including CFDI administration and regulatory reporting. This role requires 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience and proficiency in ERP systems like INFOR within Sanhua's manufacturing hub in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, where the team supports global HVAC&R industry leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR, and Month-End Close
- Experience with ERP systems (INFOR preferred)
- Solid understanding of Mexican accounting and tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
