Job Summary
Accountant responsible for managing AP, AR, GL, Master Data, and Banking, with supporting reports (isaf, gpais, intrastat, statistics) and coordinating with LT/LV/EE accounting and operations. Includes administrative duties and occasional coverage during the manager’s absence; requires English and Lithuanian, 3+ years of accounting/finance experience, and SAP familiarity is a plus. Based in Vilnius with a 1-day-per-week remote work arrangement, joining a 20-person finance team within the Baltic region and collaborating with broader ROCKWOOL Group operations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance from a similar position
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian is essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligence, attention to detail, responsibility
