Job Summary
Prepare key financial statements, handle complex journal entries, and perform detailed reconciliations to support the regional close for multiple legal entities. Analyze moderately complex transactions, record accounting entries, and collaborate with departments to improve accounting processes and document new procedures. Uphold compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX by preparing documentation and participating in interim and year-end audits. This role targets experienced accounting professionals with 2-5 years of experience to drive accuracy and continuous improvement in regional financial operations at Zebra Technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Solid foundation in Accounting or Finance (2-5 years)
- Strong analytical skills
- Direct experience with ERP systems
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Database management skills
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to prepare key financial statements
- Ability to handle complex journal entries
- Ability to perform detailed reconciliations
- Ability to participate in projects to improve accounting processes
