Job Summary
Accountant for Northwestern Medicine responsible for accounting and financial analysis for the department, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting audits and budgets. Must prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, analyze accounts, support month-end close, and provide management with account information. Healthcare-focused role requiring strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with PeopleSoft General Ledger preferred. AA/EOE; background check required; in-person work in Warrenville, IL.
