Job Summary
Conduct full responsibility for the bookkeeping of the Dutch subsidiary, including monthly and annual US-GAAP financial statements, Dutch VAT (BTW), and statutory reporting. Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and intercompany transactions while serving as the primary contact for external auditors and tax consultants. Lead the development and automation of accounting processes in collaboration with the regional finance team. Work remotely with one to two days per week in Potsdam.
Required Qualifications
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Finance oder Accounting
- Etwa fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Accounting
- Erfahrung mit niederländischem Rechnungswesen und BTW
- Erfahrung mit Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Erfahrung im internationalen Konzernumfeld
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Niederländisch ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Kenntnisse von US-GAAP oder IFRS sind von Vorteil
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Excelkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware und ERP-Systemen
