Accountant

Manage inventory accounting and stock flow transactions, including Shipment Inbound-MIRO postings, stock movement reviews, and inventory transaction accuracy. Reconcile inventory and sales data across SAP, WinCRM, WinPOS, and warehouse records, while investigating discrepancies and preparing stock on hand reports. Support weekly payment preparation, bank reconciliation, whole sales checking, posting, and month-end invoice issuance. Execute closing-related finance tasks and perform internal control routines such as three-way matching, contract monitoring, and destruction documentation follow-up. Identify unusual stock movements, data inconsistencies, and control gaps, escalating high-risk transactions appropriately. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and brand teams to ensure correct inbound/outbound processing and timely issue resolution. Maintain audit-ready records and working files in a compliance-focused manner.
