Job Summary
Manage month-end balance sheet reporting, reconciliations, and submissions within demanding deadlines while producing monthly actuals, forecasts, and budgets supported by meaningful analysis. Partner with commercial stakeholders to support business performance, create dashboards and financial models that drive decision-making, and act as a key reporting expert within the finance team. Analyze historical performance data to provide recommendations for future improvements, support internal and external audits, and lead ERP system developments and process improvements. Collaborate across the organization to enhance compliance, efficiency, and reporting accuracy during a period of significant business and finance transformation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience in an accounting or finance role
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex modelling and data analysis
- Strong Power BI experience and can build meaningful dashboards and reporting solutions
- Experience of process mapping, systems improvement or change management
- Qualified by experience, part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or working towards a qualification
- Hybrid working environment (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
- Applicants should ideally live within approximately one hour's commute of the office
