Job Summary
Manage financial reporting and maintain accurate accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, specifically Zakat, VAT, and corporate tax requirements under the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. Prepare and submit statutory filings, assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, and monitor accounts payable and receivable. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while coordinating with external auditors. Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes and stay updated on evolving tax laws. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–7 years of experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or logistics, and familiarity with ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of VAT, Zakat, and tax compliance
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards
- Experience dealing with government portals and tax submissions
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications (SOCPA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Experience in logistics companies
