Job Summary
Cost Accountant role focusing on pricing of products/services, monthly billings, reconciliations and pool allocations of direct/indirect costs, intercompany reporting, variance analysis, and presenting financial data to upper management. Requires intermediate to expert Excel, strong analytical ability to interpret financial data, and ability to assist with budgets and audits. Location is Columbia, SC; standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with potential to exceed 40 hours based on business needs. Proficiency in GAAP and ability to prepare journal entries and general ledger analyses are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in a job-related field with 24 semester hours in Accounting
- 8 years of accounting experience
