Job Summary
Perform quarterly R&D lot reviews and random verifications of on-hold lots for proper disposition. Conduct monthly Wafer Bank Foundry lot reviews, verify Polar RMA status with the DYE team, and manage monthly freight accruals. Review and approve Materials Inventory Scrap Requests in E-Forms, monitor PHA lots with negative quantities, and coordinate required Oracle transactions with Logistics. Prepare monthly BU Reclass for Inventory-related accounts, tape & reel analysis, and RM consumption analysis. Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned. This Inventory Accountant role supports the Quantity Accuracy Program (QAP) for AMPI and AML, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and financial controls within the semiconductor business unit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- CPA license
- At least 1 year relevant work experience in Inventory
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate with people in various levels of organization
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to execute financial controls
- Working knowledge of Philippine local finance and accounting practices
- Abreast with industry practices
- A firm grasp of all accounting functions
Desired Qualifications
- CPA license an advantage but not necessary
