Job Summary
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax filings for Malaysia and Thailand, ensuring compliance with local laws and corporate policies. Manage capital expenditure, external audits, and statutory communications while driving internal controls and process automation. Partner with commercial teams to provide financial insights, conduct credit assessments, and support sustainable business growth through data-driven analysis. Mentor finance team members and lead strategic guidance on complex financial issues across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience within multinational corporations (MNCs) and external audit environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines independently
- Highly analytical with the agility to adapt in a fast-changing business environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong business partnering capabilities with a customer- and stakeholder-focused mindset
- Naturally collaborative and team-oriented
- Curious, proactive, and eager to continuously learn and develop new skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Sage 300 and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
