Accountant III

Reconcile balance sheet accounts to the general ledger for monthly and year-end processes, researching and resolving differences within prescribed timeframes. Post journal entries, prepare reports and schedules according to department closing schedules, and analyze entries for impact on financial statements. Maintain standard operating procedures for account reconciliation, journal entries, and daily duties while assisting in the detail review of financial statements and the budgeting process. Test system upgrades and enhancements related to job duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. onsite.
