Job Summary
Process daily financial transactions, manage fixed asset activities, and prepare manual journal entries with supporting documentation. Execute month-end close activities, prepare account reconciliations, and perform financial analyses while monitoring and resolving reconciling items. Ensure adherence to SOX controls and corporate accounting policies by executing Fixed Asset and General Ledger controls and preparing reports for auditors and management. Meet legislative and regulatory requirements on time and support special projects to identify process improvement opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders within Finance and Shared Services to maintain process alignment and reporting needs.
