Job Summary
Maintain financial records and ensure transactions are properly recorded while reconciling subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger. Prepare balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and capital expenditure schedules to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Analyze current costs, revenues, and obligations to predict future financial performance in compliance with GAAP standards. Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including bank reconciliation and depreciation calculations. Requires an Associate's Degree with 2-4 years of experience; proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Salary range $76,000-$103,000; full benefits package including 120 hours of PTO and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
