Job Summary
Deliver monthly income statement analysis, identify key variances, and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Manage month-end reconciliation processes, prepare journal entries, and enhance forecasting processes to improve financial planning accuracy. Navigate GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory standards while analyzing financial results to uncover trends that support decision-making. Present strategic recommendations and guide business initiatives through objective analytical support. Take on special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed. This role requires a CPA or CPA in progress with 5+ years of progressive finance experience and proficiency in Adaptive Insights and Oracle. The position offers a very hybrid schedule, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities at a company in acquisition mode.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- CPA or CPA in progress
- Strong command of GAAP, IFRS and complex regulatory accounting standards
- Proficiency with financial systems such as Adaptive Insights and Oracle
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and resolve complex issues independently
- A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and a problem solving attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
