Job Summary
Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and month-end close reports. Maintain accurate accounting records by compiling and analyzing accounting activities while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and company policies. Resolve routine and moderately complex accounting issues using established principles and sound judgment, collaborating with internal departments to support financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Provide guidance to less experienced staff as needed. Work independently with minimal supervision on a hybrid schedule, Tuesdays through Thursdays in-office.
