Job Summary
Process title reassignments for acquisitions and sales, verify and record all accounts payable, and prepare tax filings for SelecTruck dealerships. Reconcile subsidiary accounts to the general ledger, process ACH and check disbursements, and resolve vendor account discrepancies. Maintain accurate filing systems and prepare periodic reports for taxing authorities. This role requires 3 years of relevant experience or an AA degree plus 1 year. Starting hourly pay is $25–$32 USD. The position is onsite in Fort Mill, SC, with no visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience
- AA degree + 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, communication, and business process development talents
- Broad understanding of skills, knowledge, and procedures of role
- Ability to be flexible and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude to independently increase technical skills and business knowledge
- Degree in Business or related field preferred
- One year related experience required
- Five years preferred
- Experience in titling and accounts payable transactions
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country the position is located in at the time of application
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
