Job Summary
Accountant I at 3LS Solutions responsible for assisting the Assistant Controller with month-end financial statements, review of intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations. Performs journal entries, monthly closings, year-end closings, payroll-related activities, and general ledger reconciliations while maintaining departmental filing and reporting procedures. Requires an Associate degree in accounting or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least 2 years of accounting experience; strong attention to detail and interpersonal/communication skills; includes responsibilities aligned with OSHA, CMS, HIPPA, and regulatory compliance. Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Location: Nashville, TN; role typically full-time with employee ownership (ESOP) and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting, business administration, financial management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, bookkeeping or related field
- Accurate 10 key by touch operation
- Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
