Job Summary
Support fixed asset accounting activities including asset tracking, capitalisation, and reporting while developing expertise in the CAPEX project accounting module. Perform detailed balance sheet and system reconciliations to maintain financial record integrity, provide analysis to the Tax team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for SOX compliance. Build partnerships with project teams to ensure capital projects are accurately reflected in financial records. This role supports manufacturing operations in Ireland within the EMEA accounting team, requiring onsite presence two days weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Prior background in a financial accounting role
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
- Oracle or other major ERP system experience
- Experience working with different currencies and jurisdictions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills including advanced excel skills
- Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities and meeting deadlines
- Ability to be onsite 2 days each week
- Must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km)
