Job Summary
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and balance sheets. Prepare financial statements such as income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to support decision-making. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filing processes. Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. Stay updated with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
