Manage capital projects for Pacific Gas & Electric, including a $180M program and an $85M design-build real estate improvement plan. Lead risk remediation planning and environmental partnerships to eliminate hazards while developing sustainability initiatives that generated over $1 million in annual savings. Restructure project management teams to align with client support structures and execute new contracts. Liaise with FMO and Strategy teams for long-term planning across 700 locations and 7 million square feet of real estate. Support change management, modernization, and cost avoidance efforts to achieve client-driven KPIs. Requires CPA, accounting, and math experience.
