Job Summary
Manage BME sets of books by booking supplier invoices, tracking variances, and ensuring all entries are approved. Maintain fixed asset modules, record monthly depreciation, and follow up on I/Co balances and clearing accounts. Prepare summary balance sheets, P&L statements, and monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting schedules for EMEA entities. Reconcile accounts, handle accruals, and manage ad hoc analysis requests from FP&A, Tax, and Treasury. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors regarding branch closing tasks and group reporting packages.
Required Qualifications
- Accounting / Financial degree
- At least 3-5 years general accounting experience, preferably in an international environment
- Strong Knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in French and English
- Attention to detail
- Team-work spirit
- Problem-solving skills
- Analytical and sceptical mindset
- Stress-resistant
- Able to work in a multi-company's environment
- Basic understanding of US GAAP
Desired Qualifications
- Good level in German is an asset
