Job Summary
Manage Accounts Receivable functions including invoicing, manual payment application, aging reports, and account reconciliation. Record routine journal entries and bank transactions, process accounts payable bills and credit card transactions, and perform month-end closings and reconciliations. Investigate, correct, and adjust discrepancies in accounting data to ensure financial reporting aligns with GAAP and internal policies. Collaborate with team members across departments to support operational initiatives. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience with accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations
- Proven reliability and consistent attendance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
