Job Summary
Staff Accountant – Fixed Assets responsible for the accurate accounting, tracking, and reporting of fixed assets. Ensures GAAP compliance, internal controls, and supports month-end close and capital project reporting. Records fixed asset transactions in SAP, performs monthly reconciliations of Fixed Asset accounts, and maintains asset records including disposals. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and supports general ledger processes and journal entries. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of fixed asset accounting experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of Fixed Asset accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicable accounting and finance systems
- Detail oriented, proficient in time management, able to multitask and prioritize workload
