Job Summary
Prepare monthly financial statements, manage month-end close processes, and perform account reconciliations using Sage Intacct. Execute bank reconciliations, generate journal entries, and oversee intercompany accounting activities across a multi-entity environment. Monitor daily accounts receivable cash application, run weekly accounts payable checks, and issue billings for internal and external customers. Drive system enhancements for Sage Intacct and Emburse Chrome River, including API integration maintenance and custom report development. Assist with annual budgeting coordination and provide ad hoc financial analysis to support liquidity management. Requires on-site presence four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
- 5 - 10 years of accounting experience
- strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- accounting principles

- Extensive hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
